1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Valindexo website, applications, analytics tools and related services (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Valindexo, with registered correspondence address King William Street 178, LS1 5AT Leeds, United Kingdom ("Valindexo", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using financial or digital-asset services under the laws of your country of residence or any applicable sanctions regime. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Accounts and access

Where access requires an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. We may refuse registration, restrict features or close an account where we reasonably believe that information is inaccurate, that the account is being misused, or that continued access would breach these Terms or the law.

4. Description of the services

The Platform provides market information, data visualisations, illustrative calculators and automated analytical tools covering crypto-assets, currency pairs and related instruments. Certain features may be experimental and may change, be suspended or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing in the Platform guarantees any particular result.

5. No investment advice

Content on the Platform, including model outputs, signals, charts and calculator results, is provided for general information and education only. It does not constitute personal financial, legal, tax or investment advice, nor an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. Fees

Access to certain features may be subject to fees, which will be displayed before you commit to a purchase or subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms. Where you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel and to a refund, which these Terms do not reduce.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, fraud or market manipulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or dataset;
• scrape, copy or redistribute content at scale without our written permission;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate Valindexo staff.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, text and data compilations, is owned by Valindexo or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

9. Third-party services and links

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites, exchanges, data providers and payment services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your dealings with any third party are governed by that party's terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information about markets, prices or model performance will be complete or accurate at all times.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law. Subject to that, Valindexo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of capital arising from market movements, or losses arising from your reliance on information provided by the Platform. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where required by law or regulation, or where necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before commencing proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.
